Designed and built for St. John Properties, the layout supports collaboration and productivity with a mix of open office space, private offices, conference rooms, and a bright, modern breakroom.
Warm finishes and natural textures bring balance to the professional setting. A brick feature wall in the reception area echoes the building’s exterior, while durable flooring and thoughtful lighting elevate everyday usability. The design emphasizes comfort, accessibility, and timeless appeal, creating a workspace that reflects both form and function.
