The Hotworx Millcreek project transformed a 2,519-square-foot commercial space into a modern fitness studio featuring individual infrared sauna workout rooms, a dedicated weights area, and flexible gym space.
Onyx Design Collective planned the layout to maximize flow and functionality, ensuring each area supports the unique Hotworx fitness model. Durable finishes and efficient space planning were incorporated to create a professional, welcoming environment for members.
The result is a high-performance fitness tenant improvement that delivers a boutique gym experience while meeting the demands of a growing wellness brand in Millcreek, Utah.
