Site Layton Clubhouse
The Site Layton Clubhouse renovation included a full remodel of the existing 7,200-square-foot clubhouse along with significant site improvements, including the addition of a new dog park. Completed in 2023, the project was designed to modernize amenities, enhance community spaces, and create a welcoming environment for residents.
Onyx Design Collective focused on updating interiors with a fresh, contemporary feel while improving functionality throughout the clubhouse. The inclusion of outdoor amenities like the dog park further elevates the residential community, blending lifestyle-driven design with practical upgrades.
