Hole 19 Lounge
This adaptive reuse project transforms an existing structure into a dynamic, multi-functional environment centered around fitness, content creation, and community. The design brings together a diverse program, including a full gym, sport court, golf simulator, podcast studio, and collaborative workspaces, all organized to support both performance and creativity.
Spaces are intentionally layered to balance energy and focus. Open, active zones anchor the plan, while more private areas like production studios, conference rooms, and offices provide moments of separation and control. Material and spatial decisions emphasize durability, flexibility, and clarity. Existing structural elements are preserved and integrated into the design, reinforcing a sense of continuity while allowing the space to evolve for modern use.
The result is a highly adaptable environment that supports a range of experiences, from training and performance to content production and everyday work.
