Santa Clara Residence
This custom ground-up residential project in Santa Clara, Utah, designed as a multi-structure family estate that blends everyday livability with elevated amenity spaces. The scope includes a 5,604 SF main residence with expansive main and upper levels, an attached ADU/gym component, a three-car garage, and a separate boat garage. The project also incorporates extensive site design, including paved arrival areas, patios, landscaping, and planned outdoor features such as a pool, garden, and pickleball court.
