California Ranch
The California Ranch Remodel was a full interior renovation that reimagined the kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room to better suit the needs of a young family. At the heart of the project is a gourmet kitchen with a custom island that opens directly into the dining and family gathering space.
The back living room was redesigned with two 12-foot sliding doors that connect the interior to the backyard pool and patio, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living. A minimalist fireplace anchors the room, while a concealed drop-down TV provides convenience without disrupting the clean aesthetic.
The design is modern, functional, and comfortable, with a focus on simplicity and livability - a fresh take on a ranch-style home remodel.
