This custom ground-up residential project in Santa Clara, Utah, is currently in design as a multi-structure family estate, balancing everyday livability with elevated amenity spaces. The program includes a 5,604 SF main residence with expansive main and upper levels, an attached ADU and gym, a three-car garage, and a separate boat garage.
Early planning is focused on how each structure relates to the site and to one another, shaping arrival sequences, views, and outdoor living. The broader vision includes fully integrated site design with patios, landscaping, and future features such as a pool, garden, and pickleball court, all working together as a cohesive, livable retreat.
