Shadowbrook Apartments
This multi-unit renovation project involved the interior restoration of seven residential units affected by fire, smoke, and water damage. While structural fire damage was limited to the lower portions of four floor joists, the majority of work focused on comprehensive fire restoration and interior rehabilitation efforts.
The scope included finish replacement, fixture upgrades, and targeted electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs to restore each unit to full functionality. Layouts remained consistent with the original design, ensuring the integrity and livability of each residence. Through careful coordination and attention to detail, the project transformed damaged interiors into refreshed, safe, and comfortable homes - balancing efficiency, quality craftsmanship, and design precision.
