Located in Lehi, Utah, the Lumea Tenant Improvement project reimagines an existing 8,000-square-foot suite within Utah Valley University’s campus, expanding it by an additional 3,000 square feet to support the tenant’s growing operations. The renovation modernizes the space with reconfigured lab and office layouts, upgraded finishes, and an expanded breakroom, creating a seamless connection between technical and collaborative environments. Designed to enhance functionality and efficiency, the updated interiors reflect Lumea’s forward-thinking culture and provide a refined, high-performance setting for innovation and research.
