Onyx Design Collective is proud to showcase the Parkway Spec Office Suites in South Jordan, Utah, where design and construction came together to create two 4,500-square-foot spaces tailored for flexibility.
Each suite was carefully planned to accommodate a wide range of potential tenants, featuring four private offices, a conference room, open office space, a TI room, and a spacious breakroom. The design emphasizes adaptability, ensuring the suites can support diverse workplace needs while maintaining a modern and professional aesthetic.
The result is a set of spec office suites that balance functionality with comfort, offering businesses in South Jordan a turnkey environment ready for growth.
