Rocky Mountain Wellness Center
The Rocky Mountain Wellness Center in Syracuse, Utah is currently in city review, shaped by a design approach focused on clarity, efficiency, and long-term flexibility.
Site planning played a central role early on. Grading, drainage, parking, and zoning were carefully coordinated to create a clean, functional layout with direct access from 2000 West. The result is a site that supports both ease of arrival and seamless day-to-day operations.
The two-story building pairs durable materials with a refined architectural presence. Inside, the layout is organized to support an efficient clinical workflow while allowing for adaptable tenant spaces that can evolve over time.
