This 11,600-square-foot multi-tenant office building in Syracuse, Utah was designed to bring a refined, modern commercial presence to a growing suburban corridor. Featuring eight flexible tenant suites, the project blends timeless red brick architecture with dark gray fiber cement detailing, creating a bold yet approachable exterior that stands out while complementing the surrounding neighborhood context.

Expansive storefront glazing, prominent entry features, and layered façade detailing create a professional, high-end aesthetic, while thoughtful site planning integrates landscaped pedestrian walkways, parking, and inviting outdoor spaces.
