Sand Hollow #65
Hurricane, Utah
Set within the red rock landscape of Sand Hollow, this custom residence is designed to feel both grounded and expansive, shaped by its surroundings and the way the home is lived in.
The plan centers on indoor-outdoor living, where main spaces extend into a private outdoor retreat with a pool, spa, fire features, and layered patios. Large sliding openings, clerestory windows, and skylights bring in natural light while framing views of the desert.
Inside, the layout balances openness with privacy. Gathering spaces flow naturally for daily living and entertaining, while the primary suite and secondary bedrooms are positioned for separation and retreat. Flexible areas allow the home to adapt over time.
A restrained palette of stone, stucco, and metal adds depth and contrast, creating a refined architectural presence that belongs to the landscape.
Currently in design development, the project reflects a clear focus on livability, connection to place, and a cohesive architectural vision.
