Casa Blanca
Located within The Heights at Washington Bench in Washington, Utah, Lot 113 was designed as a modern desert residence that embraces the dramatic topography and expansive red rock surroundings of Southern Utah. Positioned on a sloping site, the home utilizes a walkout basement design to maximize views, natural light, and seamless access to outdoor living spaces centered around a resort-style pool environment.
The residence features approximately 4,769 square feet of finished living space across two levels, complemented by a 1,515-square-foot garage and additional mechanical and storage areas. The design emphasizes clean architectural lines, balanced proportions, and a refined material palette that blends contemporary desert aesthetics with warm, livable spaces.
The main level serves as the heart of the home, organized around open kitchen, dining, and living areas that flow directly onto expansive outdoor patios and poolside entertaining spaces. Large spans of glass frame surrounding views while strengthening the connection between interior and exterior living. Covered outdoor areas provide shade and year-round usability while reinforcing the indoor-outdoor lifestyle central to the design.
The lower-level walkout configuration creates a highly functional secondary living zone with direct access to the backyard and pool terrace. Additional gathering spaces, guest accommodations, and flexible recreation areas allow the home to comfortably support both everyday living and large-scale entertaining.
Architecturally, the home combines modern massing with warm natural textures and carefully curated exterior materials suited to the desert environment. Horizontal lines, expansive glazing, and layered forms help the residence feel grounded within the hillside site while maintaining a strong contemporary presence.
The result is a luxury modern desert home that balances clean design, functional planning, and resort-style outdoor living — thoughtfully crafted to respond to the unique landscape and lifestyle of Southern Utah.
