The Holladay Hills Apartments (formerly Haven on Highland) project involved a complete interior renovation of four three-story apartment buildings totaling 130 units in Holladay, Utah. The property was in urgent need of repair, and Onyx Design Collective was brought in to create as-built plans, provide engineering support, and oversee a full redesign.
The scope of work included reconfiguring layouts to maximize space, adding bathrooms where possible, replacing all cabinetry, upgrading finishes and fixtures, and modernizing plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. The transformation brought aging units up to today’s standards and created a more efficient and livable environment for residents.
The result is a market-rate multifamily community offering affordable rental options below average price points, while still featuring amenities and design details often reserved for newly built apartment complexes in the Salt Lake Valley.
