The Haven on Highland project involved a complete interior overhaul of four three-story apartment buildings, totaling 130 units. The buildings were in urgent need of major repairs due to significant disrepair. Onyx Design was brought in to create as-built plans and oversee the redesign and updates, including necessary engineering work. The scope of the project included reconfiguring the layout of each unit for better space utilization, adding additional bathrooms where possible, replacing all cabinets, upgrading finishes and fixtures, and fully updating plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems in the aging units. The final result is a market-rate apartment complex offering affordable rental options well below the average price point, while still featuring amenities typically found in newly built apartment communities throughout the valley.
